A stage manager helps with organising rehearsals, taking notes on blocking, and calling cues during the show. Assistant Stage Managers (ASMs) help them with their duties and help backstage run smoothly during performances.

Key Skills: Organisation, note taking, time management, and responsibility.

Stage Manager- relevant experience preferred

ASM- experience not required

The choreographer will be responsible for movement and dance throughout the show, especially within the Workers Chorus (14 performers of varied dance backgrounds).

Key Skills: Dance, teaching/ coaching, time management, creativity, ability to work with multiple skill levels.

Dance experience required, choreography experience preferred.

The Music Director will lead the selection process of auditioning band members, lead music rehearsals to prepare the band, and conduct them onstage during the performances. They may take on the piano-conductor role or only conduct and lead rehearsals.

Key Skills: musicality, conducting, teaching/ coaching, responsibility.

Experience conducting and reading music required, experience music directing preferred.

One applicant will be appointed head of wardrobe, overseeing all costuming efforts and coordinating tasks among the team.

Head of Wardrobe: sewing, design, and/or costuming experience required.

Costume Team: No experience required, some sewing skills an asset.

One applicant may be appointed head of props, overseeing all prop sourcing / build efforts and coordinating tasks among the team.

Head of props: relevant experience or training preferred.

Props Team: No experience required.

One applicant will be appointed head of sets, overseeing all scenic design/ construction efforts and coordinating tasks among the team.

Head of sets: construction, design, and/or scenic painting experience required.

Scenic Team: No experience required, some painting or carpentry skills an asset.
